Statement of Beliefs

We believe that the Bible is the infallible and inspired Word of God.
"All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:" (2 Timothy 3:16)

We believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, that the only way to salvation is through faith in Him alone, that He was born of the virgin Mary through the power of the Holy Spirit, that He died a cruel death on the cross, rose again on the third day, and is coming again.
"For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."  (John 3:16)

 
 
We believe in one triune God eternally existing as the Father, Son, and Holy Ghost.
"Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost:" (Matthew 28:19) 

We believe that mankind is in dire need of a Savior and that repentance is commanded of God and necessary for the forgiveness of sins.  
"For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God" (Romans 3:23)  

We believe holiness to be God's standard for living for His people.
"Make every effort to live in peace with all men and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord." (Hebrews 12:14)
